log out now reoves jwt from localstorage. removed idb and sw js files due to them no longer being used

getData saving stations to backend is working. Fixed a login error where logging in did not set user token

login and registration works. getting station data works. Data insertion into backend database not yet implemented

Skeleton modals for sign up, login, get data, add data working. Added some preliminary code to fetchGQL.

skeleton website with header, mapbox, footer. Buttons don't yet do anything, but user location can be tracked. There is some hardcoded data to the map. All script code is in index.html for now.
